Delivers digital, online documentation to Financial Advisers, Accountants and other Professional Groups. Digital Docs was created to provide Financial Advisers, Accountants and other professional groups with online access to legal documentation and legal technical support. The service enables users to either download document templates or to execute them online. A range of documents are currently available and include the following 3 categories:
Trust
Trust Deeds for Unit, Discretionary, Hybrid and Bare trusts; Trust Amendments; Changes of Trustee agreements etc.
SMSF
Trust Deeds; Changes of Trust(ee) agreements; Pension packs; Instalment warrant agreements (related party, Bank etc.); Death Benefit agreements.
Company
Company registration (executed), constitutional changes, Division 7a loan agreements, sole director amendment agreements.
Professional advisory firms can access the Digital Docs service and package it into their own service offer and in turn "mark-up" the service by whatever amount they deem appropriate.
